Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Pawhue. We strictly comply with United States OFAC trade control regulations. We do not ship orders to any sanctioned countries or regions. Our checkout system will automatically block shipping addresses located within restricted territories. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Orders within the United States are shipped via standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and peak shopping periods.We only ship to addresses within the United States. International orders are not supported at this time.

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Pawhue offers optional shipping protection at checkout. Shipping protection covers eligible orders in case of loss, damage, or delay during transit. If you believe your order may be lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If shipping protection was not purchased at checkout, JHGFCDSDF LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed orders once they have been handed over to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to review their tracking information regularly and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
